These launch-stage terms require final business and legal review before production deployment.

Directory and ownership

Findle is a discovery service. Games, trademarks, artwork and gameplay belong to their respective creators and publishers. Inclusion does not transfer ownership or imply endorsement by a creator.

Submissions

By submitting a game, you confirm that the details are accurate and that you are authorized to provide any submitted materials. Findle may edit listing copy for accuracy, request more information, decline a listing or remove a listing.

Paid services

Priority review changes queue priority but does not guarantee approval. Homepage Featured is a clearly labeled sponsored placement available only to approved games and scheduled manually. Final pricing, service windows and refund terms will be published before paid checkout is enabled.

Availability

Third-party games may change, move or become unavailable. Findle cannot guarantee their continued operation or compatibility.
